全創碩專業實務報告獎助
本學期專業實務報告（capstone project）獎學金申請開始了，這次獎學金申請（第三階段）的截止日期5月1日，為有效掌握各階段截止時程，請留意以下三階段申請流程：
第一階段：學位論文題目及指導老師申報（截止日期：113年4月22日23:59）
- 請於申請流程第一階段提供擬定的論文題目及指導教授資訊。
- 第一階段文件提交連結
第二階段：學位論文提案申報及其他相關資料上傳（截止日期：113年4月25日23:59）
- 請於申請流程第二階段上傳論文提案、指導教授之審查意見及學術研究倫理教育課程證明。
- 審查意見表需有學生申請日期及指導老師同意日期（必須在申請日期之前）。
- 指導老師需簽名，請勿偽造或逕自剪貼。請指導老師除簽名外，撰寫至少100字中文或英文意見。
- 第二階段文件提交連結
第三階段：全創碩專業實務報告獎助申請（截止日期：113年5月1日23:59）
- 請於申請流程第三階段上傳完整的專業實務報告獎助申請表，並附上專業實務報告計畫書、成績單及佐證資料。

重要提醒：
- 完成前一階段申請後，請等待全創碩辦公室確認後，再繼續下一階段。
- 申請資料請儘早準備，且務必按照規定的時間和順序上傳。
- 【專業實務報告獎助申請表】請於申請流程第三階段下載最新版本。
- 本次「專業實務報告」獎學金得獎名單與發表流程名單，將於113年5月10日公告。
- 專業實務報告口頭發表（Capstone Presentation）時間為113年5月17日，請參與報告同學把握時間製作報告簡報。
- 所有獲獎學生均需出席並公開發表研究提案或進度專業實務報告。發表當天不在台灣境內同學，請具證明，並事先準備報告錄影檔，並於113年5月15日前提供給GCIT辦公室課務Peggy。

Friendly reminder:
Most importantly, we strongly recommend that you share with your advisor the documents concerning what the capstone project is and the samples for first-time GCIT student advisors.
Leave some time for your advisor to review and provide feedback on your proposal:
the more substantial your proposal, the better your chance of winning the scholarship.
A capstone project is not a more accessible version of a traditional thesis. The former is unique in its practical features. If your topic does not fit the category of a GCIT capstone, you will not be eligible for the scholarship.
Furthermore, since more and more students will apply for the capstone project scholarship, it can become more competitive. However, if you are not awarded the scholarship this time, you can apply again next time.
Last but not least, for the May application batch, scholarship recipients must present their proposals before receiving their scholarship funds. Public presentation is not optional. Getting a scholarship includes the responsibility of sharing in public.
